Qigong and Restorative Yoga

​Take a pause, slow down, and give your body the deep rest it’s been asking for.

We will begin with 10–15 minutes of gentle breath and Qigong to softly settle the nervous system, release tension, and bring you back into your body.

From there, you’ll be guided into a nourishing restorative yoga practice—supported, still, and deeply calming.

Restorative yoga is the practice of conscious rest . The aim is not to seek sensation, you are fully supported by props and muscular engagement is minimised . In this class I aim to create the space for your body and mind to rest.

This is your time to unwind, regulate, and reconnect in a safe, gentle way.

 No experience needed
 Suitable for all levels
 Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, tired, or overwhelmed.

Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and restored.
